1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "hoki62" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" — refers to hoki62, the online betting and casino platform accessible at https://hoki62.club, together with its operators, licensors, and service providers.
• "Player" / "User" / "you" / "your" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the hoki62 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — refers to the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on the hoki62 platform.
• "Balance" — refers to the total of deposited funds, bonus credits, and winnings held within a Player's hoki62 Account at any given time.
• "Real-Money Balance" — refers to funds deposited by the Player in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and held in the Account, excluding bonus credits.
• "Bonus Balance" — refers to promotional credits granted by hoki62 subject to wagering requirements, not directly withdrawable until wagering conditions are met.
• "Wagering Requirement" — refers to the number of times a Bonus Balance must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the relevant promotion's terms.
• "Services" — refers collectively to all products offered on hoki62, including sportsbook betting, live casino, slot games, Bandar Q, fish shooting, and any future additions.
• "IDR" / "Rupiah" — refers to Indonesian Rupiah, the sole currency accepted and processed on the hoki62 platform.
• "WIB" — refers to Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone for all hoki62 operational references including customer service hours and transaction processing windows.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the hoki62 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable law.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on the hoki62 platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under applicable local, national, or international law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person, entity, or organization. Each Account is strictly personal and non-transferable.
• You must not currently be employed by hoki62, any of its technology providers, game studios, payment processors, or any other entity in a position that could constitute a conflict of interest.

hoki62 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be held by individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposited funds remaining after deduction of any winnings and bonuses claimed will be returned at hoki62's sole discretion.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of hoki62 Services, you must register an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process. You agree to the following conditions regarding your Account:

• One Account per person: Each individual may hold only one Account on the hoki62 platform. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in permanent suspension of all Accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
• Accurate information: All personal information provided during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and payment method details, must be accurate and truthful. Providing false information is grounds for immediate Account closure.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. hoki62 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• KYC verification: hoki62 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit a government-issued identity document (Indonesian KTP or passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before making withdrawals or as a condition of continued Account use. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension.
• Account closure: You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting hoki62 customer support. Outstanding wagering requirements on Bonus Balances will be forfeited upon closure unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the hoki62 platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). hoki62 supports the following payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 50.000. hoki62 reserves the right to adjust this minimum with reasonable prior notice.
• Deposit processing: Deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. hoki62 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank systems, or network outages.
• Minimum withdrawal: The minimum single withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000 unless stated otherwise on the withdrawal page.
• Withdrawal processing: Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes during WIB banking hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00–21:00 WIB). Withdrawals submitted outside these hours are processed on the next available banking window. hoki62 targets sub-15-minute processing as a service standard, not a guarantee.
• Identity matching: The payment method used for withdrawals must match the identity registered on your hoki62 Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will be declined.
• Withdrawal restrictions: Withdrawals may be delayed or held pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or satisfaction of active wagering requirements on bonus funds.
• Currency: hoki62 does not accept or process any currency other than IDR. Deposits made in foreign currencies will be declined by the payment processor.
• No fee commitment: hoki62 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits and withdrawals. However, third-party banking or e-wallet fees applied by your provider are beyond hoki62's control and are your responsibility.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

hoki62 offers a range of bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published on the relevant promotion page:

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed registration and, where applicable, KYC verification.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per Player, household, device, or IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus Balances are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games will be specified in each promotion's individual terms. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before the Bonus Balance or winnings derived from it can be withdrawn.
• hoki62 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to honoring any bonus already actively claimed and in progress.
• Attempting to exploit bonuses through coordinated betting strategies, arbitrage, or abuse of multiple accounts will result in forfeiture of the relevant bonus and potential permanent suspension of your Account.
• Free bets, cashback credits, and reload bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer. Where no specific wagering requirement is stated, a default of 5x on the bonus amount applies before withdrawal eligibility is granted.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between Accounts, exchanged for cash at face value without meeting wagering requirements, or combined with other offers unless explicitly permitted.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the hoki62 platform are subject to the rules of the relevant game or sport. By placing a bet, you acknowledge and accept the following:

• All bets are final once confirmed. hoki62 does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse a confirmed bet except in circumstances where hoki62 determines that a clear technical error has occurred.
• hoki62 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were manifestly incorrect due to a technical error, data feed failure, or human error. Where a bet is voided, the staked amount will be returned to your Real-Money Balance.
• Sportsbook odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at confirmation are the odds applied to your bet. hoki62 does not guarantee that odds displayed during browsing will remain available at the time of placement.
• Live in-play betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event at hoki62's sole discretion, including in response to significant events within the match, data feed interruption, or integrity concerns.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per day across all hoki62 betting products. These limits are displayed within the relevant product interface and are subject to change.
• Game outcomes for slot and casino products are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) operated by the originating game studios. hoki62 does not manipulate game outcomes. RTP (return-to-player) percentages are set by the respective studios and disclosed within each game's information panel.
• For mix parlay (accumulator) bets on the sportsbook: if one or more legs of a parlay are voided, the remaining valid legs will stand and the parlay will be recalculated accordingly. A parlay consisting of only one valid leg following void resolutions will be settled as a single bet at the applicable odds.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the hoki62 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering on behalf of another person without their explicit written consent.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with hoki62.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic means to place bets, scrape data, or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from exploiting a technical error are void and will be reclaimed by hoki62.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime through the hoki62 platform. All suspicious transactions are reported to the appropriate authorities in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
• Colluding with other Players, particularly in table games or Bandar Q, to gain an unfair advantage over other participants or over hoki62.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise gain access to hoki62's proprietary source code, game logic, or backend systems.
• Using the platform for any commercial purpose, including operating as an agent, reseller, or affiliate of hoki62's Services without a formal written agreement.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the hoki62 platform — including but not limited to the hoki62 brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of hoki62 or its respective licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any hoki62 content without prior written authorization. Unauthorized use of hoki62 intellectual property constitutes an infringement of applicable intellectual property law and may result in legal action.

9 Privacy & Data

hoki62 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key data-handling principles include:

• Personal data is collected solely for the purposes of Account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and service improvement.
• hoki62 does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
• All data transmissions between your device and the hoki62 platform are protected by TLS/SSL encryption.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by hoki62, subject to hoki62's legal and regulatory retention obligations.

10 Responsible Gaming

hoki62 is committed to providing a safe, responsible gaming environment. hoki62 enforces a strict 21+ age policy and offers a range of responsible gaming tools accessible from within your Account settings, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion. 11 Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hoki62 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunity, or goodwill arising from your use of, or inability to use, the hoki62 platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, regardless of how they arise and whether or not hoki62 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Service interruptions, technical failures, data feed errors, or platform downtime caused by events beyond hoki62's reasonable control, including force majeure events, third-party system failures, and telecommunications outages.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials.

hoki62's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which hoki62 holds its international operating license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitral body in the applicable jurisdiction.

For Players accessing the platform from Indonesia, these Terms & Conditions are presented in English as the governing language. In the event of any conflict between an English version of these terms and any translated summary, the English version prevails.

13 Amendments

hoki62 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, hoki62 will provide reasonable notice via the platform or by email to the address registered on your Account. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the hoki62 platform following the publication of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amended terms, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure by contacting customer support.
